As a courtesy to you we will bill your health insurance company for the services provided.

Patients are responsible to know the details of their coverage, pay the copays at the time of service and will be billed later for any remaining balances.

For other health care carriers we will be happy to provide you with the necessary forms to submit claims to your health insurance company.

 

Auto insurance/ PIP coverage

We will bill the auto-insurance companies for you.
